Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Items purchased during sales or promotions (unless defective).
- Gift cards.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items only.
- Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Replacement items will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Process for Returns & Exchanges
- Contact Us: Email us at info@scentia.store with your order details and reason for return/exchange.
- Approval: Once approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details.
- Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items.
- Refund/Exchange: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the item. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement product promptly.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
- Scentia Perfume Store is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Refunds may exclude shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
